I really mean it when I say, "Regardless of where you're starting." As a Chiropractor I hear a lot of people say they felt they were too far gone and I understand the sentiment. Niggles are often left till we have time or energy and then they seem to get out of hand. One of my favourite things about chiro is seeing where you're at and then simply seeing where we can start. Each visit builds on the last so although I can't work miracles you'd be surprised how much difference we can make within a few weeks. If we don't see the changes you or I are expecting in the first week, I have a network of allied health professionals I know and refer to so we can discuss other options to make sure we're not wasting your time or missing opportunities.
I'm not staunch about the health rules you follow in order for me to be able help you. Some people like chiro homework, some people don't. Some people are strict about diet, some aren't. Some people want to get more out of their workouts, some people just want it to be easier to get up the stairs. My job is to work out how to most easily bring comfort and ease back into your body for your desired lifestyle. That's different for everyone.
As you might've gathered, I see a lot of dogs too. They have spines, hips and nervous systems just like us so their little bodies often benefit in similar ways.
